What's New at LMH Optimal Therapy: A Clinic Update

As we head towards the end of the year, we wanted to share a quick clinic update and some exciting news about what’s coming up at LMH Optimal Therapy.

Welcoming Our New Chiropractor This January

We’re delighted to announce that Ethan, our new chiropractor, will be officially joining the LMH Optimal Therapy team in January.

Some of you may have already had a chance to meet him, as Ethan has been shadowing Lauren to get a feel for the clinic and to see how we interact with clients.

Ethan has a strong interest in sports chiropractic, alongside a gentle, holistic, and patient-focused approach to care. He’s passionate about helping people move better, whether that’s athletes looking to optimise performance or individuals wanting to feel more comfortable in everyday life. We’re really looking forward to welcoming him into the clinic and introducing him properly in the new year.

December Team Day: Escape Room Success!

Last weekend we enjoyed a festive team day out, kicking things off with an escape room! We’re proud to say we escaped in just 38 minutes, thanks to some great teamwork, problem-solving, and maybe a little competitive spirit! After our successful escape, we headed out for a well-earned lunch to relax, reflect, and celebrate a brilliant year in the clinic.

Days like this give us the chance to recharge, connect as a team, and return feeling refreshed - ready to continue providing the best possible care for our patients.

Changes to Lauren’s Hours in the New Year

As we move into the new year, there will also be a change to Lauren’s working hours. From January, Lauren’s availability will be slightly adjusted to the following times:

Monday: 2:00pm - 7:00pm

Tuesday: 7:30am - 1:00pm

Thursday: 7:30am - 7:00pm

Every other Saturday: 8:00am - 1:00pm

We hope to keep all of Lauren’s current clients with her to maintain consistency. If your regular appointment falls on a Wednesday, please keep an eye out for a message or call from us - we’ll be in touch to help you secure the time that works best for you moving forward.

With Ethan joining the team, we’re confident we’ll continue to offer great appointment availability and seamless care across the clinic.
