We can hardly believe it – LMH Optimal Therapy has now been in our Poole clinic for two whole years… and even more excitingly, we’re celebrating nine years since the business first began!

It’s been an incredible journey, and we’re so proud of how far the business has come. A Look Back at the LMH Journey

Although our Poole clinic has been thriving for the past two years, LMH Optimal Therapy was founded in 2016 with one core mission: to provide exceptional patient care in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Our approach has always been personalised. No two clients are the same, and we work closely with every individual to develop tailored rehabilitation plans that address their unique needs and goals. We’re passionate about helping people live pain-free, active, and fulfilling lives - from babies just a few weeks old to older adults.

Using a wide range of techniques, we treat skeletal muscle immobility, restrictions, and tension, as well as supporting recovery from injury, chronic conditions, and everyday aches and pains.
